shares in the Athens Stock Exchange
“ASE” and the Capital Market Committee
“CMC”, and for complying with the complex
regulations of any kind such as laws,
decrees, Ministerial Decisions, decisions
of the “ASE” and resolutions of the
“CMC”. In this respect, we handle their
litigation with the “CMC”, in case they
assess a fine for alleged violation
of the above rules. Since the quantity
of fines is normally significant, the
cases are serious and we have to deal
with important legal issues and factual
presentation.
While the relevant issues are part of
the administrative law, we also handle
cases from third parties which are not
listed within our regular clients, and
are either for consultation or litigation
